Terms & Conditions
You are purchasing a USED ITEM. The item appears to be in good physical condition and it came from a working environment however we do not have the facilities or in some instances the knowledge to thoroughly test the item. All items are sold AS IS and listed measurements (Length, Width, Height, Weight) are approximations.
Our RETURN POLICY is to fully refund your purchase price if you meet ALL of the following:
1. You advise us within seven days of receipt of the item that you intend to return it.
2. You effectuate the return within 14 days from receipt of the item AND
3. You pay for the return shipment. We are firm on this policy AND
4.There maybe a 10% restocking fee on items over $100.00
We ship economy/ground USPS, FedEx or UPS unless otherwise requested and paid for by purchaser. We also will ship via YOUR FedEx or UPS account if so requested.
If freighting is required we will arrange for the freight company or will work with the freight company you designate. All freighted items are F.O.B. meaning our liability for the freighting ends and yours begins as soon as the item is properly loaded onto the freighting company’s truck or other transportation entity.
Shipping/freighting insurance, if desired, is your (Purchaser’s) responsibility both to arrange and pay for. In the event a package is received damaged, you (the Purchaser) are responsible for initiating the claim and for keeping all original boxing and packaging so the carrier can inspect and properly initiate the claim.
We accept payment in the following forms: Pay Pal, Credit Card, E-check, Wire Transfer. We do not ship C.O.D.
We offer several options for delivery:
1. Pick up at our location in San Diego is free.
2. We will deliver to the surrounding area for a reasonable fee.
3. If you need the item shipped, you can either use our freight calculator, or if you would like to use your preferred shipper, we will have the unit ready for them.
